Today, I tried making a delicious dish called Crispy Pork Belly!
I cut the pork belly with skin into small pieces and then used a needle to poke numerous holes in the skin.
Next, I evenly spread salt on the surface of the meat and skewered it with a barbecue fork. I grilled it over the fire, constantly flipping it until the skin turned crispy.
