Today, I tried making delicious crispy grilled chicken breast on skewers.
I carefully threaded chicken breast, onion slices, chicken breast, and potato slices onto the skewers in a specific order.
After coating them with soy sauce and sprinkling sesame seeds and cumin, I grilled them on lychee charcoal until they developed a crispy outer layer and absorbed the rich smoky flavor and hint of fruitwood aroma.
