Today, I ventured into creating a unique dish using fresh SQUID. We’re going to Stir Squid Stuffed with Mushrooms and Peppers. This Stir Squid Recipes That Will NEVER Leave YOU Bored!!
I stuffed chopped mushrooms, peppers, and cilantro into the SQUID belly, wrapped it in aluminum foil, and grilled it over charcoal for 30 minutes.
The result was a tantalizing aroma and a burst of flavors. To finish, I added some scallions, drizzled soy sauce, and a touch of lemon juice for that perfect zing.
